Vers | Kabyle: NT | English: King James Version |
1 | Tajmaɛt meṛṛa tekker, wwin Sidna Ɛisa ɣer lḥakem Bilaṭus. | And the whole multitude of them arose, and led him unto Pilate. |
2 | Bdan țcetkin fell-as, qqaṛen : -- Nufa argaz-agi yeskker ccwal ger lɣaci-nneɣ, yeqqaṛ-asen : « ur țxelliṣet ara leɣṛama i Qayṣer », yeqqaṛ daɣen : « d nețța i d Lmasiḥ, i d agellid ». | And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself is Christ a King. |
3 | Bilaṭus isteqsa-t s imeslayen-agi : D kečč i d agellid n wat Isṛail ? Sidna Ɛisa yerra-yas : Tenniḍ-t-id. | And Pilate asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answered him and said, Thou sayest it. |
4 | Bilaṭus yenna i lmuqedmin imeqqranen d lɣaci : Ur s-d-ssukkseɣ acemma i wergaz-agi. | Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man. |
5 | Nutni țkemmilen qqaṛen : Yeskker ccwal ger lɣaci s wayen yesselmad ; yebda-d si tmurt n Jlili, yuɣal ɣer tmurt n Yahuda meṛṛa, tura yewweḍ-ed ɣer dagi. | And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirreth up the people, teaching throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place. |
6 | Bilaṭus, mi gesla bedren-d tamurt n Jlili, yesteqsa ɣef Sidna Ɛisa ma d ajlili i gella. | When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a Galilaean. |
7 | Mi geẓra belli Sidna Ɛisa ajlili, n tmurt i ɣef yeḥkem Hiṛudus, iceggeɛ-as-t i Hiṛudus yellan ula d nețța di temdint n Lquds ussan-nni. | And as soon as he knew that he belonged unto Herod's jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem at that time. |
8 | Hiṛudus ifṛeḥ aṭas mi geẓra Sidna Ɛisa, axaṭer acḥal segmi yebɣa a t-iẓer ɣef ddemma n wayen yesla fell-as. Yețmenni a t-iwali yexdem lbeṛhan, | And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him. |
9 | isteqsa-t aṭas, lameɛna Sidna Ɛisa ur as-d-yerri acemma. | Then he questioned with him in many words; but he answered him nothing. |
10 | Lmuqedmin imeqqranen akk-d lɛulama n ccariɛa yellan dinna țcetkayen fell-as s lɣecc. | And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently accused him. |
11 | Hiṛudus d lɛeskeṛ-is ḥeqṛen-t, stehzayen fell as, selsen-as yiwen ubeṛnus ifazen, imiren rran-t i Bilaṭus. | And Herod with his men of war set him at nought, and mocked him, and arrayed him in a gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate. |
12 | Seg wass-nni, Bilaṭus d Hiṛudus uɣalen d imdukkal nutni yellan zik d iɛdawen. | And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity between themselves. |
13 | Imiren Bilaṭus yesnejmaɛ-ed lmuqedmin imeqqranen d lɛulama akk-d lɣaci, | And Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests and the rulers and the people, |
14 | yenna-yasen : Tewwim-iyi-d argaz-agi, tennam d yeskker ccwal ger lɣaci ; atan steqsaɣ-t zdat-wen ur ufiɣ ara deg-s ayen akka s wayes i d-teccetkam fell as. | Said unto them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him: |
15 | Ula d Hiṛudus ur s-d yessukkes acemma imi i ɣ-t-id-yerra. Ihi argaz-agi ur yexdim ara ayen yuklalen lmut. | No, nor yet Herod: for I sent you to him; and, lo, nothing worthy of death is done unto him. |
16 | A s-fkeɣ tiɣṛit imiren a s-serrḥeɣ. | I will therefore chastise him, and release him. |
17 | Mkul Tafaska n izimer n leslak Bilaṭus yețserriḥ-ed i yiwen umeḥbus. | (For of necessity he must release one unto them at the feast.) |
18 | Lɣaci meṛṛa țɛeggiḍen qqaṛen : Enɣ-it , tserḥeḍ-ed i Barabas ! | And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this man, and release unto us Barabbas: |
19 | Barabas-agi yețwaḥbes ɣef ccwal i gexdem di temdint-nni akk ț-țemgeṛṭ i genɣa. | (Who for a certain sedition made in the city, and for murder, was cast into prison.) |
20 | Bilaṭus yebɣan a d-iserreḥ i Sidna Ɛisa ihḍeṛ-ed tikkelt nniḍen i lɣaci, | Pilate therefore, willing to release Jesus, spake again to them. |
21 | lameɛna nutni țɛeggiḍen qqaṛen : Semmeṛ-it, semmeṛ-it ɣef wumidag. | But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. |
22 | Bilaṭus inṭeq-ed tikkelt tis tlata, yenna-yasen : D acu n cceṛ i gexdem ? Ur ufiɣ ara deg-s ayen yuklalen lmut. Atan ihi a s-fkeɣ tiɣṛit, imiren a s-serrḥeɣ. | And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go. |
23 | Lameɛna nutni ḥeṛsen-t s leɛyaḍ qqaṛen : Semmeṛ-it ɣef lluḥ ! ?elben-t s leɛyaḍ-nsen | And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed. |
24 | dɣa Bilaṭus yeqbel ayen i s-ssutren. | And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required. |
25 | Iserreḥ-as-d i umeḥbus-nni issekren ccwal yerna yenɣa tamgeṛṭ ; ma d Sidna Ɛisa yefka-yasen-t ad xedmen yis ayen bɣan. | And he released unto them him that for sedition and murder was cast into prison, whom they had desired; but he delivered Jesus to their will. |
| And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the country, and on him they laid the cross, that he might bear it after Jesus. |
27 | Aṭas n lɣaci i d-itebɛen deffir nsen, llant gar-asen tilawin kkatent deg idmaren-nsent, țrunt fell-as. | And there followed him a great company of people, and of women, which also bewailed and lamented him. |
28 | Sidna Ɛisa yezzi-d ɣuṛ-sent yenna-yasent : A yessi-s n temdint n Lquds ur țrumt ara fell-i, țrumt ɣef yiman-nkunt d warraw-nkunt, | But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children. |
29 | axaṭer atan a d-asen wussan i deg ara yinin : « ț-țiseɛdiyin tid ur nezmir ara a d-sɛunt dderya, ț-țiseɛdiyin tid ur d-nuriw ara, ur nessuṭeḍ ara.» | For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck. |
30 | Imiren imdanen ad bdun ad qqaṛen : ay idurar ɣlit-ed fell-aɣ, a tiɣaltin ffremt-aɣ. | Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us. |
31 | Axaṭer ma xedmen annect-a i wesɣaṛ akken d azegzaw amek ara tedṛu d uquṛan ? | For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry? |
32 | Wwin daɣen sin n yemcumen iwakken a ten-semmṛen akk-d Sidna Ɛisa. | And there were also two other, malefactors, led with him to be put to death. |
33 | Mi wwḍen ɣer yiwen wemkan ițțusemman « Iɣil Uqeṛṛuy», semmṛen Sidna Ɛisa ɣef lluḥ, nețța d sin-nni yembaṣiyen, yiwen ɣer tama-s tayeffust wayeḍ ɣer tama-s tazelmaṭ. | And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. |
34 | Dɣa Sidna Ɛisa yenṭeq-ed yenna : A Baba eɛfu-yasen imi ur ẓrin ara d acu i xeddmen. Iɛsekṛiwen-nni gren tasɣaṛt ad feṛqen gar-asen llebsa-ines. | Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. |
35 | Lɣaci i gbedden dinna țfeṛṛiǧen ; lmuqedmin țmesxiṛen fell-as qqaṛen : Isellek wiyaḍ, ad isellek iman-is tura ma yella ț-țideț d Lmasiḥ i gextaṛ Ṛebbi. | And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God. |
36 | Iɛsekṛiwen daɣen țmesxiṛen fell as, qeṛṛben ɣuṛ-es bɣan a s-sswen lxell, | And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar, |
37 | qqaṛen-as : Ma d agellid n wat Isṛail i telliḍ, sellek iman-ik. | And saying, If thou be the king of the Jews, save thyself. |
38 | Ddmen-d daɣen yiwet n telwiḥt, semmṛen-ț sennig uqeṛṛuy-is, uran deg-s : « wagi d agellid n wat Isṛail ». | And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS. |
39 | Yiwen seg seg imbaṣiyen-nni ițțusemmṛen ɣef lluḥ, ireggem Sidna Ɛisa, yeqqaṛ-as : Ma d Lmasiḥ i telliḍ sellek iman ik tsellkeḍ-aɣ ula d nukkni. | And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. |
40 | Lameɛna wayeḍ ilumm-it yenna yas : Ur tuggadeḍ ara Ṛebbi, kečč ițțusemmṛen am nețța ? | But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? |
41 | Nukni ma ḥekmen fell-aɣ d lḥeqq axaṭer nuklal lmut s wayen i nexdem ; lameɛna nețța ur yexdim acemma n wayen n diri. | And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. |
42 | Yezzi ɣer Sidna Ɛisa yenna-yas : A Ɛisa, mmekti-yi-d m'ara d-tas lḥekma n tgeldit-ik. | And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. |
43 | Sidna Ɛisa yerra-yas : A k-iniɣ tideț, ass-agi aț-țiliḍ yid-i di lǧennet. | And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise. |
44 | Aț-țili d leǧwahi n tnac, yeɣli-d ṭṭlam ɣef tmurt meṛṛa armi d țlata n tmeddit. | And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. |
45 | Leḥjab yellan deg umkan iqedsen di lǧameɛ, icerreg di tlemmast. | And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst. |
46 | Sidna Ɛisa iɛeggeḍ s ṣṣut ɛlayen : A Baba Ṛebbi, atan ṛṛuḥ-iw ger ifassen-ik. Mi genna imeslayen-agi, yeffeɣ-it ṛṛuḥ. | And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. |
47 | Lqebṭan mi geẓra ayen yedṛan yețweḥḥid Ṛebbi yenna : ?-țideț, amdan-agi d aḥeqqi. | Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, Certainly this was a righteous man. |
48 | Lɣaci akk i gḥedṛen dinna, mi walan ayen yedṛan ḥeznen, uɣalen syenna kkaten deg idmaren-nsen. | And all the people that came together to that sight, beholding the things which were done, smote their breasts, and returned. |
49 | Wid akk iḥemmlen Sidna Ɛisa qqimen deg lebɛid țmuqulen ayen yedṛan, llant gar-asen tilawin i d yeddan yid-es si tmurt n Jlili. | And all his acquaintance, and the women that followed him from Galilee, stood afar off, beholding these things. |
50 | Yella yiwen wergaz ger lmuqedmin imeqqranen n usqamu n ccṛeɛ, isem-is Yusef, n taddart n Arimati n at Yahuda. Ur iqbil ṛṛay-nsen, ur iqbil lecɣal-nsen, d argaz n lɛali yerna d aḥeqqi, yețṛaǧu tageldit n Ṛebbi. | And, behold, there was a man named Joseph, a counseller; and he was a good man, and a just: |
52 | Iṛuḥ ɣer Bilaṭus yessuter-as lǧețța n Sidna Ɛisa. | This man went unto Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. |
53 | Iṣubb-it-id seg umidag, yețțel-it di lekfen, yessers-it deg uẓekka yeɣzan deg wezṛu anda ur yemḍil ula d yiwen. | And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid. |
54 | Ass-nni d ass n lǧemɛa i deg țheggin lɣaci iman-nsen i wass n ssebt yellan d ass n westeɛfu. | And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on. |
55 | Tilawin-nni i d-yeddan d Sidna Ɛisa si tmurt n Jlili, ddant d Yusef ɣer uẓekka, walant amek i ssersen lǧețța-s. | And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid. |
56 | Syenna uɣalent ɣer yexxamen nsent iwakken ad heggint leɛṭeṛ d wayen xeddmen i lmegtin, i lǧețța n Sidna Ɛisa. Azekka-nni n ssebt, steɛfant akken i d-tenna ccariɛa. | And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment. |
51 | (The same had not consented to the counsel and deed of them;) he was of Arimathaea, a city of the Jews: who also himself waited for the kingdom of God. |
