| 1 | And Ahab had seventy sons in Samaria. And Jehu wrote letters, and sent to Samaria, unto the rulers of Jezreel, to the elders, and to them that brought up Ahab's children, saying, | အာဟပ်၏သားခုနစ်ကျိပ်တို့သည် ရှာမရိမြို့၌ ရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ယေဟုသည် ယေဇရေလမြို့အုပ်များ၊ အသက်ကြီးသူများ၊ အာဟပ်သားတို့ ကိုလုပ်ကျွေးသော သူများရှိရာ၊ ရှမာရိမြို့သို့ စားရေး၍ ပေးလိုက်လေ၏။ |
| 2 | Now as soon as this letter cometh to you, seeing your master's sons are with you, and there are with you chariots and horses, a fenced city also, and armour; | မှာလိုက်သောစာချက်ဟူမူကား၊ သင်တို့၌သင်တို့ သခင်၏သားများ၊ စစ်သူရဲ၊ မြင်းစီးသူရဲများ၊ ခိုင်ခံ့သောမြို့၊ လက်နက်စုံရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ဤစာရောက်သောအခါ၊ |
| 3 | Look even out the best and meetest of your master's sons, and set him on his father's throne, and fight for your master's house. | သင်တို့သခင်၏သားတို့တွင်သာ၍ ကောင်းမြတ် တော်သင့်သောသူကို ရွေးကောက်၍ ခမည်းတော်၏ရာဇ ပလ္လင်ပေါ်မှာတင်ပြီးလျှင်၊ သခင်အမျိုးအဘို့ စစ်တိုက်ကြ လော့ဟု မှာလိုက်သတည်း။ |

| 6 | Then he wrote a letter the second time to them, saying, If ye be mine, and if ye will hearken unto my voice, take ye the heads of the men your master's sons, and come to me to Jezreel by to morrow this time. | 7 | And it came to pass, when the letter came to them, that they took the king's sons, and slew seventy persons, and put their heads in baskets, and sent him them to Jezreel. | ထိုစာရောက်သောအခါ၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်၏ သားတော် ခုနစ်ကျိပ်တို့ကိုယူ၍ သတ်သဖြင့်၊ ဦးခေါင်းများကို တောင်း တို့၌ ထည့်ပြီးလျှင်၊ ယေဇရေလမြို့၊ ယေဟုထံသို့ ပေးလိုက် လေ၏။ |
| 8 | And there came a messenger, and told him, saying, They have brought the heads of the king's sons. And he said, Lay ye them in two heaps at the entering in of the gate until the morning. | လုလင်တယောက်သည် လာ၍ရှင်ဘုရင်သားတို့ ၏ ဦးခေါင်းများကို ဆောင်ခဲ့ပါပြီဟု လျှောက်လျှင်၊ ယေဟု က၊ မြို့တံခါးဝမှာ နံနက်တိုင်အောင် နှစ်စုပုံထားတော့ဟု ဆို၏။ |

| 10 | Know now that there shall fall unto the earth nothing of the word of the LORD, which the LORD spake concerning the house of Ahab: for the LORD hath done that which he spake by his servant Elijah. | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အာဟပ်အမျိုး၌ မိန့်တော် မူသော စကားတော်တခွန်းမျှမြေသို့ မကျရသည်ကို သင်တို့ သိမှတ်ကြလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မိမိကျွန်ဧလိယ အားဖြင့် မိန့်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း ပြုတော်မူမည်ဟု ဆိုသဖြင့်၊ |

| 13 | Jehu met with the brethren of Ahaziah king of Judah, and said, Who are ye? | 14 | And he said, Take them alive. And they took them alive, and slew them at the pit of the shearing house, even two and forty men; neither left he any of them. | ယေဟုကလည်း၊ အရှင်ဘမ်းကြဟု စီရင်သည် အတိုင်း၊ အရှင်ဘမ်း၍ သိုးမွေးစရပ်တွင်းနားမှာ လေးကျိပ် နှစ်ယောက်တို့ကို တယောက်မျှမကျန်စေဘဲ သတ်ကြ၏။ |
| 15 | And when he was departed thence, he lighted on Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him: and he saluted him, and said to him, Is thine heart right, as my heart is with thy heart? And Jehonadab answered, It is. If it be, give me thin | ထိုစရပ်မှထွက်သောအခါ ခရီးဦးကြိုပြုအံ့ဟု လာသော ရေခပ်သားယောနဒပ်ကို တွေ့၍နှုတ်ဆက် သဖြင့်၊ ငါ့စိတ်နှလုံးသည် သင့်စိတ်နှလုံးနှင့် သင့်၍ သဘောဖြောင့်သကဲ့သို့ သင့်စိတ်နှလုံးသည် သဘောဖြောင့် သလောဟုမေးလျှင်၊ ဖြောင့်ပါသည်ဟုလျှောက်ဆိုသော်၊ ထိုသို့မှန်လျ |
| 16 | And he said, Come with me, and see my zeal for the LORD. So they made him ride in his chariot. | ငါနှင့်အတူလိုက်၍ ထာဝရဘုရားဘက်၌ ငါ့စိတ်အားကြီးကြောင်းကို ကြည့်ရှုလော့ဟုဆိုသဖြင့် မိမိရထားကို စီးစေ၏။ |

| 18 | And Jehu gathered all the people together, and said unto them, Ahab served Baal a little; but Jehu shall serve him much. | တဖန်ယေဟုသည် လူအပေါင်းတို့ကို စုဝေး စေ၍၊ အာဟပ်သည် ဗာလဘုရားကို အနည်းငယ်သာ ဝတ်ပြု၏။ ငါယေဟုမူကား များစွာပြုမည်။ |
| 19 | Now therefore call unto me all the prophets of Baal, all his servants, and all his priests; let none be wanting: for I have a great sacrifice to do to Baal; whosoever shall be wanting, he shall not live. | 20 | And Jehu said, Proclaim a solemn assembly for Baal. And they proclaimed it. | ဗာလဘုရားအဘို့ ဓမ္မပွဲကို ပြင်ဆင်ကြဟု တဖန် စီရင်သည်အတိုင်း ဓမ္မပွဲကို စောင့်ရမည်ဟု ကြော်ငြာ ကြ၏။ |
| 21 | And Jehu sent through all Israel: and all the worshippers of Baal came, so that there was not a man left that came not. And they came into the house of Baal; and the house of Baal was full from one end to another. | ဣသရေလပြည်တရှောက်လုံးသို့ စေလွှတ်၍၊ ဗာလတပည့် ရှိသမျှုတို့သည် တယောက်မျှ မကြွင်းလာကြ၏။ ဗာလ ကျောင်းထဲသို့ ဝင်ကြသဖြင့် တကျောင်းလုံးပြည့်လျက် ရှိ၏။ |
| 22 | And he said unto him that was over the vestry, Bring forth vestments for all the worshippers of Baal. And he brought them forth vestments. | ယေဟုသည် အဝတ်တန်ဆာတိုက်စိုးကိုခေါ်၍၊ ဗာလဘုရားတပည့်တို့အဘို့ အဝတ်တန်ဆာကို ထုတ်ကြ ဟုဆိုသည်အတိုင်း ထုတ်လေ၏။ |
| 23 | And Jehu went, and Jehonadab the son of Rechab, into the house of Baal, and said unto the worshippers of Baal, Search, and look that there be here with you none of the servants of the LORD, but the worshippers of Baal only. | တဖန်ရေခပ်သားယောနဒပ်နှင့်အတူ ဗာလ ကျောင်းထဲသို့ ဝင်၍၊ သင်တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရားတပည့် တယောက်မျှမပါ၊ ဗာလဘုရားတပည့် သက်သက်ရှိစေ မည်အကြောင်း ကြည့်ရှုစစ်ကြောကြလော့ဟု ဗာလ တပည့်တို့အား ဆို၏။ |
| 24 | And when they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings, Jehu appointed fourscore men without, and said, If any of the men whom I have brought into your hands escape, he that letteth him go, his life shall be for the life of him. | မီးရှို့ရာယဇ်အစရှိသော ယဇ်မျိုးကိုပူဇော်ခြင်းငှါ အထဲသို့ဝင်သောအခါ၊ ယေဟုသည် ကျောင်းပြင်၌ လူရှစ်ကျိပ်ကိုထား၍၊ သင်တို့ လက်သို့ငါဆောင်ခဲ့သော ဤသူတစုံတယောက်မျှလွတ်လျှင်၊ လွတ်စေသော သူသည် အသက်သေရမည်ဟု စီရင်၍၊ |
| 25 | And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, that Jehu said to the guard and to the captains, Go in, and slay them; let none come forth. | 26 | And they brought forth the images out of the house of Baal, and burned them. | ဗာလကျောင်းနှင့်ဆိုင်သော မြို့သို့သွား၍ ဗာလကျောင်းထဲကရုပ်တုများကို ထုတ်ပြီးလျှင် မီးရှို့ကြ၏။ |
| 27 | And they brake down the image of Baal, and brake down the house of Baal, and made it a draught house unto this day. | ဗာလ ဆင်းတုကို၎င်း၊ ကျောင်းကို၎င်း ဖြိုဖျက် ၍ ယနေ့တိုင်အောင် ကိုယ်သုတ်သင်ရာ အိမ်ဖြစ်စေ ကြ၏။ |

| 29 | Howbeit from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin, Jehu departed not from after them, to wit, the golden calves that were in Bethel, and that were in Dan. | သို့ရာတွင် ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ပြစ်မှားစေသော နေဗတ်သား ယေရောဗောင်၏ ဒုစရိုက်တည်းဟူသော၊ ဗေသလမြို့နှင့် ဒန်မြို့မှာရှိသော ရွှေနွားသငယ်တို့ကို မစွန့်။ |

| 31 | But Jehu took no heed to walk in the law of the LORD God of Israel with all his heart: for he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam, which made Israel to sin. | ယေဟုသည် ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား တရားတော်လမ်းသို့ စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ လိုက်ခြင်းငှါ သတိမပြု၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ပြစ်မှား စေသော ယေရောဗောင်၏ ဒုစရိုက်တို့ကို မစွန့်။ |
| 32 | In those days the LORD began to cut Israel short: and Hazael smote them in all the coasts of Israel; | ထိုကာလတွင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဣသရေလ ပြည် စွန်းတို့ကို ဖြတ်တော်မူ၏။ |
| 33 | From Jordan eastward, all the land of Gilead, the Gadites, and the Reubenites, and the Manassites, from Aroer, which is by the river Arnon, even Gilead and Bashan. | ဟာဇေလသည် ယော်ဒန်မြစ်အရှေ့ဘက်၊ ဂဒ်အမျိုး၊ ရုဗင်အမျိုး၊ မနာရှေအမျိုးနေရာ၊ အာနုန်မြစ် နား၌ရှိသော အာရော်မြို့မှစ၍ ဂိလဒ်ပြည်၊ ဗာရှန်ပြည် တရှောက်လုံး အရပ်ရပ်တို့ကို လုပ်ကြံလေ၏။ |
| 34 | Now the rest of the acts of Jehu, and all that he did, and all his might, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel? | ယေဟုပြုမူသော အမှုအရာ ကြွင်းလေသမျှ တို့နှင့် တန်ခိုးကြီးခြင်းအရာသည်၊ ဣသရေလရာဇဝင်၌ ရေးထားလျက်ရှိ၏။ |
| 35 | And Jehu slept with his fathers: and they buried him in Samaria.
