1 | Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee. | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ပဌနာကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ်ခြင်းအသံ သည် ရှေ့တော်သို့ ရောက်ပါစေသော။ |
2 | Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily. | ဘေးရောက်သည်ကာလ၌ မျက်နှာတော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်မှလွှဲတော် မမူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်ခေါ်သောအခါ နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အလျင်အမြန် ထူးတော်မူပါ။ |
3 | For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth. | အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ နေ့ရက်ကာလ သည် မီးခိုးကဲ့သို့ ကုန်တတ်ပါ၏။ အကျွနုပ်၏ အရိုးတို့ သည် မီးချေးကဲ့သို့ ကျွမ်းကြပါ၏။ |
4 | My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread. | အကျွန်ုပ်၏နှလုံးသည် မြက်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ အထိ အခိုက်ခံရ၍၊ ညှိုးနွမ်းလျက် ရှိပါ၏။ အစာစားခြင်း ကိစ္စကိုပင် မေ့လျော့တတ်ပါ၏။ |
5 | By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin. | ကိုယ်ညည်းတွားခြင်း အသံကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အရိုးတို့သည် အရေ၌ ကပ်လျက်ရှိကြပါ၏။ |
6 | I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert. | အကျွန်ုပ်သည် လွင်ပြင်၌နေသော ဝံပိုကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ တော၌နေသော ဇိကွက်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ |
7 | I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top. | အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အိမ်မိုးပေါ်မှာ တကောင်တည်း နေရသော ငှက်ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်၍ စောင့်လျက်နေရပါ၏။ |
8 | Mine enemies reproach me all the day; and they that are mad against me are sworn against me. | အကျွန်ုပ်ရန်သူတို့သည် တနေ့လုံးကဲ့ရဲ့ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ စော်ကားသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ပုံခိုင်း၍ ကျိန်ဆိုတတ်ကြပါ၏။ |
9 | For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping, | စိတ်တော်မပြေ၊ |
10 | Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down. | အမျက်ထွက် တော်မူသောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ပြာကိုမုန့်ကဲ့သို့ စားရပါ၏။ သောက်သောအခါ လည်း၊ မျက်ရည်ရော၍ သောက်ရပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ချီးမြှောက်ပြီးမှ အောက်သို့ ချတော်မူပြီ။ |
11 | My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass. | အကျွန်ုပ်၏နေ့ရက်တို့သည် ရှည်လျားသော အရိပ်ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ မြက်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ညှိုးနွမ်းပါ၏။ |
12 | But thou, O LORD, shalt endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations. | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နိစ္စထာဝရ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နာမတော်သည် ကာလအစဉ်အဆက် တည်ပါ၏။ |
13 | Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come. | ထတော်မူပါ။ ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို သနားတော်မူပါ။ ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို ကယ်မသနားရသောအချိန်၊ ချိန်းချက်တော် မူသော အချိန်ရောက်ပါပြီ။ |
14 | For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof. | ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်တို့သည် ထိုမြို့၏ ကျောက်ခဲ တို့ကိုပင် နှစ်သက်၍၊ သူ၏မြေမှုန့်ကိုပင် စုံမက်ကြပါ၏။ |
15 | So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory. | တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော်ကို၎င်း၊ လောကီရှင်ဘုရင်အပေါင်းတို့သည် ဘုန်းတော်ကို၎င်း ကြောက်ရွံကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ |
16 | When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory. | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို တည်ထောင် ၍၊ ဘုန်းတော်နှင့်တကွ ထင်ရှားတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ |
17 | He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer. | ကိုးကွယ်ရာမဲ့သောသူတို့ ဆုတောင်းခြင်း အကြောင်းကို မထီမဲ့မြင်မပြု၊ သူတို့၏ ပဌနာကို မှတ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ |
18 | This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD. | ထိုအကြောင်းအရာကို နောက်ဖြစ်လတံ့သော လူမျိုးအဘို့ ရေးမှတ်ရမည်။ ပြုပြင်တော်မူလတံ့သော လူတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရားကို ချီးမွမ်းကြလိမ့်မည်။ |
19 | For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth; | ချုပ်ထားသောသူ၏ ညည်းတွားသံကို နားထောင်ခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ သေရမည့် သူတို့ကို လွှတ်ခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ အတိုင်းတိုင်အပြည်ပြည်သော လူမျိုးတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော်နှင့် ဂုဏ်ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ သန့်ရှင်းရာ ဌာနတော်အထွဋ်က ငုံ့ကြည့်တော |
20 | To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death; | |
21 | To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem; | |
22 | When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD. | |
23 | He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days. | လမ်းခရီး၌ ငါ၏အစွမ်းကို လျော့စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ငါ၏နေ့ရက်ကာလကို တိုစေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း ပြုတော်မူသော အခါ၊ |
24 | I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years are throughout all generations. | ငါလျှောက်သော အချက်ဟူမူကား၊ အို အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ပျိုစဉ်ပင် ပယ်ရှားတော် မမူပါနှင့်။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ နှစ်တို့သည် ကာလအစဉ် အဆက်မြဲကြပါ၏။ |
25 | Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. | ကိုယ်တော်သည် ရှေ့ဦးစွာ၌ မြေကြီးကို တည် တော်မူပြီ။ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်သည်လည်း လက်တော်နှင့် ဖန်ဆင်းသောအရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။ |
26 | They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed: | ထိုအရာတို့သည် ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သော် လည်း ကိုယ်တော်သည် အမြဲတည်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုအရာ ရှိသမျှတို့သည် အဝတ်ကဲ့သို့ ဟောင်းနွမ်းခြင်းသို့ရောက်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဝတ်လုံကိုလဲသကဲ့သို့ လဲတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းရှိကြသော်လည်း၊ |
27 | But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end. | ကိုယ်တော်သည် ပြောင်းလဲတော်မမူပါ။ အသက်တော်လည်း မကုန်မဆုံးရပါ။ |
28 | The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee. | ကိုယ်တော်ကျွန်တို့၏သားမြေးတို့သည် တည်၍၊ အမျိုးအနွယ်သည်လည်း ရှေ့တော်၌ မြဲမြံပါလိမ့်မည်။ ဆင်းရဲသောသူသည် ညှိုးငယ်သောစိတ်နှင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့တော်၌ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်း၍ပြုသော ပဌနာ။ |
